Students will learn what a chemical reaction is and that it is represented by a chemical equation on page 145. Students will learn the parts (reactants and products) of a chemical equation. Students will practice identifying the parts of chemical equations on page 146. Students will complete homework #3 on pages 147 and 148 which will be due on the 17th.
